- Communicating efficiently and effectively with our worldwide partner community
- Responding professionally to inbound calls & messages, including urgent situations
- Finding elegant technical solutions for our customers using available resources
- Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how NavVis hardware and software products are working and making sure resolutions are properly documented in our knowledge base
- Ensuring that all customers have a great experience with our products - a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the products as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible
- Identifying and escalating issues and driving sustainable solutions in close cooperation with our product teams

- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
- Fantastic communication and listening skills and a passion for talking to customers all day
- Business-fluency in English, German or Mandarin is a plus
